I'm responsible for ensuring successful customer adoption of TechSmith solutions; the makers of Snagit and Camtasia. I've been with TechSmith since 2007, and provide training opportunities both online and in-person. Prior to TechSmith, I taught for 10 years in the elementary grades through higher-ed. I love working with people, and seeing their excitement when they learn something new that they can then use to improve learning for others.
